The Organization

Credit Care Agency (CCA) started its journey in February 1998 with the objective to provide Credit Risk Management solution to local and international financial institutions operating and Bangladesh. During the initial phase, CCA was organized mostly around outsource management activates, but soon it evolved as an enterprise capable of providing a wide range of Credit Risk Management services through its generic and tailor made products to suit the local socio-economic ambiance.

At the present day, CCA operates with permanent setup in Dhaka and Chittagong and serves of financial institutions in various front end and back end Credit Risk Management services. CCA also provides ‘Direct sales Executive Management Services’ to several other non-financial institutions.

CCA has several other sister concerns namely-

Care X Private Limited provides security services for physical fixed assets, bodyguard, cash carrying by means of security personnel and installing and maintenance of security devices in assets.

We also are acting as courier service within the city area of Dhaka, Chittagong, Khulna ,Sylhet and Bogra . We are trying to spread our services to other districts and hope we will bring our coverage other districts within very short time. We deliver the Bank statement, Credi Card Bill, Pay order, Cheque Book, all kinds of letter, Fax roll and other kinds of documents from one place to another places.

Affiliation and Registration

Credt Care(CCA) registered at the Office of the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies as a partnership company. CCA is also registered at the Commissioner’s Office for Customs, Excise & VAT . Credit Care  is also a member of Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
